The SEED Project (Sustainable Entrepreneurial Education Development) is funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and jointly implemented by Palestine Polytechnic University and TU Berlin. The project includes a series of academic and training activities, such as the development of applied entrepreneurial courses and the organization of winter and summer school events.
Project Goals
• Enhance sustainable entrepreneurial skills among Palestinian university students.
Link higher education with community service.
• Enable students to address sustainability challenges by developing realistic entrepreneurial solutions that serve the community in times of crisis.
Contribute to solving social problems facing the Palestinian community.
• Develop competencies for students and academics in the field of social entrepreneurship.
Project Outcomes
• Development of three integrated digital educational courses:
• Sustainable Entrepreneurship
• Online Business
• Tech-Based Sustainable Business Development
• Organizing two summer schools and one winter school related to sustainable entrepreneurial education.
• Training a group of academics and trainers on sustainable entrepreneurship concepts and e-learning through a Train the Trainers program.
