Mr. Amjad Natsha holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University, England, U.K., and a BA in Business Studies from Napier University, Scotland, U.K. He currently serves as the Director of the Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) (2022–present), overseeing its various units, including E-Learning and Educational Resources, Faculty and Student Development, Digital Educational Resources, and AI Support for Education and Research (AISER). In addition to his directorial role, Mr. Amjad has been a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Business Strategy since 2001. He is an active member of the Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU) Strategic Committee (2014–present) and a core team member of the "Equip Palestine with E-Learning" (E-PAL) project funded by NORAD. He is also a member of the 3EEE project, supported by the EU through the Erasmus+ program. Furthermore, Mr. Amjad contributes to PPU's Fin-Tech Team, where he is involved in implementing the BA Financial Technology program based on the Dual Studies model, supervised and funded by GIZ (2021–present). Previously, Mr. Amjad served as Head of the Administrative Science and Informatics Department at PPU during 2007–2009 and 2014–2016. He was also the Project Director for the "Digital Marketing Services to Support Private Sector Growth and Students' Entrepreneurship" initiative, funded by the American Consulate in Jerusalem and Global Ties Detroit, with a budget of $267,000 (2019–2021). Additionally, he was part of the team for the "Fostering Entrepreneurship in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math" (FESTEM) project, funded by the EU through Erasmus+ (2018–2020).
