Khawla A. Almuhtaseb is Director of the Quality Enhancement and Accreditation Unit and a researcher at Palestine Polytechnic University, Hebron, Palestine and the director of the quality enhancement and accreditation department at the university. She has been a full time mathematics lecturer since 2000. She has published many article in the field of mathematics mainly Linear Algebra. She is a member of the Higher Education Reform Experts' Council (HERES).
