Eng. Aiman Soltan Tamimi serves as the Vice President for Planning, Development, and External Affairs at Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU). In this role, he is responsible for developing, directing, and coordinating PPU’s strategic plan, fostering multilevel relations to achieve development through productive partnerships. Mr. Tamimi oversees PPU's international relations with governmental and non-governmental organizations and donor agencies. Mr. Tamimi facilitates the execution of PPU's strategies, defines and tracks institutional objectives, ensures cost-effective approaches and improved operating models, and communicates with key stakeholders. He collaborates with PPU development staff to identify potential funding sources to support PPU activities and represents the university and other higher education institutions in various local and international entities such as the Quality Improvement Fund. Additionally, he is an active board member of many community-based and civic organizations.
Mr. Tamimi is a frequent presenter at conferences, a symposium coordinator, and a contributor to academic and professional journals on management and higher education issues. He also provides management and educational consultations at the national leve
